International Cluster time in South Africa

The International Cluster time in South Africa 2015: a week of family adventures and memories with a serious amount of vision and dreaming God-dreams together. Leaders are welcome to invite their senior teams and those who they are preparing for senior leadership in their church. Children will have their own fun and are very welcome. Please arrive by Monday 26th October, the Cluster time officially starts on Monday afternoon 2pm and finishes on Sunday 1st November after the celebration at Koinonia in the morning.

Price includes accommodation and food. Please specify any special medical and dietary needs and if you are bringing children so we can allocate you the most suitable accommodation and cater for you appropriately.

Transfers from the airport can be paid for on Eventbrite at £190 each way (13 persons per bus) but MUST be booked via Danie at the Koinonia office (office@koinoniachristiancentre.org).

You are welcome to stay additional days before and after the cluster time (before Mon 26th Oct and after Sunday 1st Nov) which will be R300 per day per adult/ child over 12, R250 per child 3-12, free under 3yrs. Please book your additional days at effata@pcwireless.co.uk and pay in cash (Rand) on arrival.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

You can either arrange your own transport to the event or book a minibus provided by Effata at £190 each way (for 13 persons). The co-ordinates are:

What does my payment cover?

Your payment covers meals and accommodation. It excludes optional excursions and the tuck-shop. You will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases or sleeping bag plus towels.

What else should I bring?

Suncream, swimming costume, spending money and a large falg from your nation if you can!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a record of your booking

What is the refund policy?

If you need to cancel your ticket, refunds are available until 1st October 2015, after that will be only 50% refundable.
